In our opinion, it's a great place for travelling to Waterloo. The area is peaceful, quiet location. Liked an electronic key card, pay television and a writing table available. Stunningly beautiful view over street.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and felt right at home. The house was beautifully furnished and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and we loved the little touches like fresh towels and fresh fruit in abundance. The common areas were spacious and inviting, and we appreciated having access to a well-stocked kitchen and pantry. The washer/dryer was a convenient bonus. The location was perfect, with easy driving distance to restaurants, shopping, and the St Jacobs Market. And let's not forget the backyard! It was like a hidden oasis with a fine garden, tranquil water features, and a view of the protected forest beyond. We couldn't resist extending our stay not just once, but twice! Carol and Andre were very nice hosts, and we will definitely choose Hammer Haus again when we're back in the area. a really good experience.

The garden area is simply stunning, with a peaceful pond and waterfall. Our bedroom was extremely comfortable, boasting a cozy bed and luxurious linens. The bathroom's soaker tub for two was a delightful touch. The shared kitchen area had everything we needed, plus complimentary coffee and tea. We were blown away by the warm hospitality of Carol Hammer, who made us feel right at home in her living room and kitchen. We highly recommend this exceptional abode for a "home away from home" experience.
Would recommend this hotel.
